Splinter is a short thriller produced by New Zealand producer Brendon Hornell of Origin One Films and directed by Kiwi director Mark Willis of Wellington featuring well-known local actor Michael Wilson in the lead role. It was funded by Creative NZ’s Screen Innovation Production Fund (SIPF). Excellent sound design and minimal dialogue make this thriller internationally accessible.
